Visit one of the most astonishing canyon in Transylvania! We can go for a 5-6 hours tour from Cluj Napoca, this is a 1 hour/way driving and 3-4 hours walking trough the canyon and above. Expect to loose your breath while climbing the hill, but also once you are on top, because of the view. No extra gear is required except for good trekking shoes and a bottle of water. “Cheile Turzii” or “Turda Gorge” contain one of the richest and most scenic karst landscapes in Romania. More than 1000 plant and animal species (some of them rare or endangered, like the wild garlic or some species of eagle) live here.
